This page explains what we collect when you visit planmedia.ai, why we collect it and what you can do about it. We have tried to keep it plain.
What we collect
There is one place on this site where we ask for personal details: the demo request form.
- Your name.
- Your work email address.
- Your website or store address.
- Your phone number, only if you asked to be reached by phone or WhatsApp.
- Which channel you would like us to use.
What is collected without you filling anything in
A few things happen even if you never touch the form, so here they are.
- Your IP address, used only to stop the form being abused, held in server memory for at most a minute. It is not recorded anywhere.
- Measurement: which pages were viewed, how far they were scrolled, which outbound links were clicked. Only if you accepted cookies.
- Preferences kept in your browser: your language, the corner you dragged the Sora panel to, and your cookie choice. These never leave your device.
- Where your visit came from: the campaign tag on the link, the site that sent you and the first page you opened. It stays in your browser until you close the tab and is added to your request only if you send the demo form or write to Sora. The source of your first visit is kept for 90 days, and only if you accepted cookies.
- If you start a voice call with Sora, your audio and the transcript. Your microphone is not touched unless you start it.
Why we collect it
Our reason for each one.

How long we keep it
No longer than we need to.
- Demo requests: two years. If we go on to work together, until that ends and any statutory retention period with it.
- IP address: at most a minute, then no trace of it remains.
- Measurement data: fourteen months.
- Browser preferences: yours until you clear them.
What you can do
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, have anything wrong corrected, ask us to delete it, and tell us to stop contacting you. Write to privacy@planmedia.ai and we answer within thirty days.
You can withdraw consent whenever you like. For cookies, the settings link in the footer is one click.
The law where you live may give you further rights; we will honour those too.
Changes
When we update this page the date above changes. We announce anything significant as well.
