The one step that needs a person, made the shortest
In PlanMedia nothing publishes until a person approves it. Every piece waits in one review queue until someone reads it and slides to approve, or sends it back with a note for the team to redo.

Why approval is built in
An AI team that publishes without asking is a risk no brand should take. PlanMedia puts a person at exactly one point, the last one before your audience, and makes that point fast: one card per piece, the caption and the picture together, and one slide to say yes.
Saying no is just as quick. Send a piece back with a note and the team redoes it; the new version returns to the same queue. Agencies and brands with an outside approver can share a month as a link: the client reads each piece, approves it or asks for a change with a comment, in their own browser and without an account.
How approval works
- 1
Open Approvals
Every piece that still needs a decision is here.
- 2
Read the card
The caption, the picture or film and the channel, all on one card.
- 3
Slide or send back
Slide to approve, or write a note and send it back for the team to redo.
- 4
Share with a client
Create a review link for the month. The client approves or asks for changes without creating an account.
What you get
- One review queue for the whole month
- Slide to approve, or send back with a note
- Client review by link, no account needed
- Comments kept with the piece they are about
- Nothing publishes without approval
- The same rule for work requested through MCP
Questions people ask
Can my client approve posts?
Yes. Create a review link for the month and send it. The client reads each piece and approves it or asks for a change with a comment, in their own browser, without creating an account.
What happens when I send a piece back?
It returns to the team with your note, is redone, and comes back to the same queue for another look. Nothing from the old version publishes.
Can an AI assistant approve its own work?
No. Approval is not available through MCP on purpose: an assistant can draft and make work, but a person approves it in PlanMedia.
