An Orchestrator and seven specialists, each with its own brief
PlanMedia is not one chatbot writing posts. An Orchestrator directs seven specialists, each with its own craft and a standing brief for your brand, the way an agency splits strategy, art direction, copy and sign-off.

Why a team instead of one assistant
Good social media is several jobs: deciding what the month is about, finding one idea per piece, directing the picture and the film, writing it in the brand's voice, checking it against the rules, and learning from the numbers. One general assistant does all of them in the same breath and averages them out.
PlanMedia splits them. Each specialist does one craft, reads the Brand Hub and its own brief, and hands its work on. The Orchestrator is the one you talk to: it decides who does what and brings the finished work back.
Who is on the team
| Specialist | What it owns |
|---|---|
| Orchestrator | Your requests. It briefs the others and brings the work back. |
| Strategist | The month: pillar mix, format mix, funnel and special days. |
| Creative Director | One idea per piece. |
| Visual Director | Light, lens and framing for every picture. |
| Video Director | Films, storyboarded beat by beat before they render. |
| Copywriter | Captions in your voice and languages, with no invented prices, dates or claims. |
| Brand Guardian | The last check: facts, brand integrity and your rules. |
| Analyst | The numbers: every finding names the metric and what to change. |
How to direct the team
- 1
Open AI team
Each specialist has a standing brief: the direction it follows on every piece for this brand.
- 2
Edit a brief
Tighten the Copywriter's tone, give the Creative Director a reference, or add a rule for the Brand Guardian. You can also add a specialist of your own.
- 3
Choose the autonomy level
Manual makes work only when asked. Semi makes it and waits for approval. Full makes and schedules it, and a person still reviews it before anything publishes.
Questions people ask
Can I change what the agents do?
Yes. Every specialist has a standing brief for each brand, which you read and edit in AI team. You can also add specialists of your own.
Does the AI publish without asking?
No. Even at the Full autonomy level, where the team makes and schedules work on its own, a person reviews it before anything publishes.
Which languages do the agents write in?
The languages set for the brand. The Copywriter follows the brand's language rules, including which language leads in a bilingual caption.
