The brand kit the agents read before they write a word
The Brand Hub is where PlanMedia learns your brand. Your products, places and people become @elements with their own photographs, next to your colours, your voice, your languages and the rules nothing may break.

Why a brand kit for AI is different
A brand guideline PDF is written for people, who read it once and remember it. An AI team needs the same knowledge in a form it uses on every single piece: what you sell and what it looks like, which colours are yours, how you sound, which languages you post in, and which claims you never make.
The Brand Hub is that form. Start it from your website or your Shopify store and refine it by hand. Every specialist reads it, and the Brand Guardian checks finished work against your rules before it reaches you.
How to set up a brand
- 1
Start from what exists
Give PlanMedia your website address, or install the Shopify app. It reads your products and their photographs, your logo and colours, and writes a first brand voice.
- 2
Check the @elements
Each product, place and person becomes an @element. Add or replace photographs where the shop's are not good enough.
- 3
Write the rules
Add what must never happen: a claim you cannot make, a colour you never use, a word that is not yours.
- 4
Connect your channels
Under Channels in the Brand Hub, connect Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X and LinkedIn.
What lives in the Brand Hub
- @elements: products, objects, places and people, each with photographs
- Your logo and key visuals
- Visual identity: your colours and the look of your pictures
- Voice: tone and the words you use and avoid
- Languages: the ones your captions are written in
- Brand rules: hard limits the Brand Guardian enforces
Questions people ask
What is an @element?
A product, object, place or person in your Brand Hub with its own photographs. Tag it with its @handle in any request and every picture of it starts from those photographs, so it looks like the real thing.
Which online stores can PlanMedia read?
Shopify stores connect through the PlanMedia app. For other stores, such as WooCommerce, ikas, Ticimax, T-Soft, Wix, Squarespace or Magento, PlanMedia reads the products from the website itself, with no key to paste.
What happens when a piece breaks a brand rule?
The Brand Guardian is the last check before anything reaches you. It flags the line or element that breaks a rule, says which rule, and proposes the smallest fix that keeps the idea.
