About PlanMedia
What is PlanMedia?
PlanMedia is an AI social media agent team that plans, produces and publishes a month of posts from your own products and photos, and only needs your approval. An Orchestrator takes your request and directs seven specialists: a Strategist, Creative Director, Visual Director, Video Director, Copywriter, Brand Guardian and Analyst.
How much does PlanMedia cost?
PlanMedia starts with a 14-day free trial. For brands on any store or website, Business is 499 USD a month with 3,500 credits and is set up with your team on a short call; Enterprise is fully managed by our team and priced to your volume. Shopify stores can also install the PlanMedia app: Free gives 50 credits a month, and Starter is 49 USD a month with 300 credits and its own 14-day free trial.
Does PlanMedia connect to Shopify?
Yes. Install PlanMedia from the Shopify App Store and it reads your store: every product and collection, their photographs and your brand settings. Each product becomes an @element whose own photographs every picture of it starts from, so a new product can have its first post ready in minutes. Stores on WooCommerce, ikas, Ticimax, Wix, Magento and similar are read from their own product pages instead.
Which platforms does PlanMedia publish to?
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and X. Each piece is made in the size and format its channel expects and published at the hour the plan chose, after you approve it.
How is PlanMedia different from ChatGPT or Claude?
ChatGPT and Claude are general assistants: they answer one request at a time inside a chat. PlanMedia is a social media team built around the writing: it keeps your products and photographs as a brand library, plans the whole month on a calendar, makes the pictures and films from your own photos, waits for approval and publishes to your connected accounts. You can also run PlanMedia from ChatGPT or Claude through MCP.
Who is PlanMedia for?
Brands with real products and real places: hotels, restaurants, ecommerce and Shopify stores, retail and malls, beauty and wellness, real estate, automotive, and agencies running several client brands in one workspace.
Plans, trial and credits
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Business starts with a 14-day free trial, set up with you on a short call. On Shopify, Starter also has a 14-day free trial.
Is there a free plan?
On Shopify, yes: the PlanMedia app's Free plan includes 50 credits a month and makes one piece each time you ask. Outside Shopify, PlanMedia starts with the 14-day free trial of Business.
What is a credit?
The unit PlanMedia's work is measured in. A caption is 1 credit, a picture 5, a film 40 and a message to the Orchestrator 1. Credits for a failed render are returned, and the pool renews every month.
How many credits does a month use?
A month of twenty pieces with five carousels and four films uses about 305 credits. Business includes 3,500 a month.
How it works
Which plans include planning a whole month?
Planning a whole month in one click is part of Business and Enterprise. On the Shopify Free and Starter plans, the team makes one piece each time you ask, which is the way to try PlanMedia before committing to a month.
ReadWill the product look like the real one?
That is what the Brand Hub is for. Each product is an @element with its own photographs, and its picture is edited from them. The team is told never to add to the product or remove anything from it.
ReadDo I need video footage?
No. A film starts from one still picture of your product or place, either made by the team or uploaded by you. The camera direction comes from the storyboard.
ReadWhat is an @element?
A product, object, place or person in your Brand Hub with its own photographs. Tag it with its @handle in any request and every picture of it starts from those photographs, so it looks like the real thing.
ReadCan I change what the agents do?
Yes. Every specialist has a standing brief for each brand, which you read and edit in AI team. You can also add specialists of your own.
ReadCan my client approve posts?
Yes. Create a review link for the month and send it. The client reads each piece and approves it or asks for a change with a comment, in their own browser, without creating an account.
ReadWhich platforms does PlanMedia publish to?
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X and LinkedIn. Each piece is made in the format its channel expects and published at the hour the plan chose.
ReadWhat can I ask the Orchestrator?
Anything the app does: plan a month, make or remake a post, a picture or a film, explain a refusal, or change a brand rule or a specialist's brief. It decides which specialist handles it.
