Orchestrator

Ask for it in a sentence, get it back finished

The Orchestrator sits beside every page in PlanMedia. Tell it what you want in your own words, tag a product with its @handle, and it decides which specialist does the work and brings it back, ready for the calendar.

A conversation that produces work

Most AI chat ends in text you then have to copy somewhere. The Orchestrator's answers end in work inside your workspace: a caption in the brand's voice, a picture made from the product's real photographs, a film storyboard, or a month planned on the calendar.

It also explains itself. Ask why a piece was refused and it tells you which rule applied; ask it to change a rule and it does. Each message to the Orchestrator costs one credit.

Things to ask it

  • Plan this month with AI
  • Make a post for this week about @product
  • Storyboard a Reel from this picture
  • Why was this piece refused?
  • Add a rule: never mention discounts
  • Write next week's captions in Turkish and English

How to use it

  1. 1

    Open any page

The Orchestrator is beside every page of the app.

  2. 2

    Ask in plain language

Tag products, places or people with @ so their pictures start from their real photographs.

  3. 3

    Keep what you like

Add the result to the calendar. It still goes through approval before it publishes.

Questions people ask

What can I ask the Orchestrator?

Anything the app does: plan a month, make or remake a post, a picture or a film, explain a refusal, or change a brand rule or a specialist's brief. It decides which specialist handles it.

Does it publish without asking?

No. What it makes lands as a draft or on the calendar for you to approve. Publishing always waits for approval.

Can I use it from Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. PlanMedia is also an MCP server, so the same work can be requested from an assistant you already use. See the MCP setup pages.
