How to teach AI your brand
AI content looks generic when the AI knows nothing about the brand. Give it five things and it stops guessing: your real products with photographs, your voice, your colours, your languages, and the rules it must never break.

The five things AI needs to know
| What | Why it matters | How to give it |
|---|---|---|
| Products and places, with photographs | So pictures show the real thing, not a lookalike | Several clear photographs of each, from different angles |
| Voice | So captions sound like you, not like everyone | A few sentences on tone, plus words you use and avoid |
| Colours and look | So the feed looks like one brand | Your palette and a handful of pictures you like |
| Languages | So each market reads its own language | Which languages, and which one leads in a bilingual caption |
| Rules | So nothing goes out that you cannot stand behind | Claims you cannot make, words and colours you never use |
Write rules as limits, not wishes
"Be premium" is a wish; the AI will read it differently every time. "Never mention discounts", "never show alcohol", "never claim a result we cannot prove" are limits, and limits can be checked. Write the few that really matter, and let the voice and the pictures do the rest.
How PlanMedia keeps it
PlanMedia keeps all of this in the Brand Hub. Your products, places and people are @elements with their own photographs; voice, colours, languages and rules sit next to them. Setup can start from your website or Shopify store. Every specialist reads the Brand Hub before it works, and the Brand Guardian checks finished pieces against your rules and names the rule when it changes something.
Questions people ask
Why does AI content look generic?
Because the AI was told nothing specific: not the product, not the voice, not the rules. Give it real photographs and a short, concrete brief and it stops filling the gaps with averages.
How many photos does AI need of a product?
Several clear photographs from different angles are better than one. The picture can only be as faithful as the photographs it starts from.
Can AI follow brand guidelines?
Yes, if the guidelines are written as checkable rules. In PlanMedia the Brand Guardian checks every piece against them before it reaches you.
